About
Community
For Noah, public safety is the foundation of a thriving community. He believes that a prosecutor’s duty extends far beyond the courtroom; it involves building strong, proactive partnerships with local families, schools, and neighborhood organizations to address the root causes of crime before they escalate. By blending his extensive legal experience with a deep-rooted commitment to the local values we all share, Noah is dedicated to ensuring that our streets remain safe, our institutions are respected, and that Cass County remains a place where every family has the security and peace of mind they deserve.

Family
Noah is the oldest of six kids from a blue-collar family, and worked at his father’s small business from the time he was in middle school all through college. After putting himself through Purdue and law school at IU, he is happy to be raising his four children in a small town that shares his values of faith, responsibility and hard work.
Experience
Working for ten years in the prosecutor’s office in Indianapolis, Noah has tried dozens of high-profile cases ranging from murder, rape, child molesting and burglary to drug possession, arson, theft, robbery and carjacking. He has also been a chief deputy and prosectutor in small town and combines intense experience with knowledge of community values and desire to share his experience with young attorneys.

“Prosecution is one of the core functions of government in a civil society. Without the rule of law, nothing else can flourish. A prosecutor is one of the cornerstones of the criminal justice system which establishes the rule of law because he is charged with the administration of justice; that is, of giving to each accused person and victim of a crime that which is due. In pursuing this lofty goal, we hope to help both victims of crime and those caught in self-destructive patterns, to reinforce faith in the institutions of law enforcement and government, and to keep your family and mine safe, healthy, and happy!”
